From Accounting Graduate to Finance Founder
After completing her Bachelor of Business in Accounting, Michelle was offered a position at a prominent accounting firm on the strength of her results. It seemed like the natural next step — but it didn't take long to realise her true calling lay elsewhere.
Having developed a deep passion for finance during her studies, Michelle made the decision to go back to what she loved — and she never looked back. After more than two decades of building expertise across financial services, lending, and business development, she founded lendlab with a clear vision: to create a smarter, fairer, and more transparent way for Australians to access finance.
